A Interactive Design & Solutions Web Site Redesign Project Case Study
Santa Monica College, one of the largest colleges in California, selected Interactive Design & Solutions to redesign and redevelop the entire Santa Monica College Web site and implement a content management system. One of the main goals of the College was to implement a unified design across all the College's offices, departments, and programs and do away with dozens of fragmented Web site each with different Web site designs which composed the previous site. In March 2007, and we conducted the first of six meetings with the College's Web design workgroup.
Based on the group's direction and feedback, we delivered five unique Web site design ideas for the College to consider. After an extensive revision and review process with the workgroup, we were able to deliver a Web site design everyone was proud of.

After completion of the design phase, we performed a complete content migration of over 8,000 Web pages. Interactive Design & Solutions programmed many custom Web site features per specifications, implemented the approved Web site design into the College's content management system, and performed eight training workshops on content management at the College. We continue to provide them with ongoing Web site maintenance and technical support.
